TESTIMONIALSDear Hannah: After attending Dr. Gray’s Outclass the Competition Etiquette Training my protocol staff demonstrated a sharp improvement in their confidence when hosting distinguished visitors to our base. Within days after her class we were able to host a luncheon for a high ranking foreign dignitary where all the finer points of etiquette were adhered to and executed beautifully. Dr. Gray de-mystified the previously intimidating art of fine dining into a science that can be practiced and used to ensure we follow the correct protocol when we host U.S. and foreign general officers, and high ranking government officials. Major Carl Hennemann Dear Dr. Gray: Thank you for the lovely presentation. All of our students and teachers appreciate your time and effort spent teaching us good manners for teens. We want to especially thank you for the great lesson on how to fold napkins and set the table for festive occasions. We appreciate the time that you have invested to teach us valuable skills and we look forward to inviting you back again next year. Ms. Lillia Carley & Ms. Sadow Dear Dr. Flo I wanted to personally thank you again for dissecting some of the common misconceptions about Arabs during your presentation in San Francisco, California. After attending the International Protocol and Etiquette Seminar on cultural awareness, for the very first time since I have moved to America I could see in the faces of some of the participants that they really didn’t have a clue about my culture. Not understanding or making an effort to learn about other cultures can blind us. I just wanted you to know that after attending your seminar I am making a stronger effort to learn more about other cultures, especially the American culture. I am now able to laugh at some of your American jokes; at first I felt stupid only because I didn’t understand. I am sending you a question to your Dear Dr. Flo column about the common misconceptions about Arabs and hope that you will answer it in your column so others can too learn that we are all the same and our differences are in our cultural traits.
